Dr. Sami Villa HVAC Overhaul
Replace of all HVAC systems at Dr. Sami's Villa.
We carried out a complete overhaul of the HVAC system for a private villa, delivering a full replacement and upgrade within a tight timeline.
Scope of Work:
- Replacement of 10 concealed units, including flushing, copper pipe jointing, and system startup.
- Replacement of 4 split units, including flushing, copper pipe jointing, and system startup.
- Installation of 4 package units with new ductwork, 2" insulation, and 0.8 mm cladding.
- Installation of 1 cassette unit.
The project required careful planning and precise execution to replace multiple system types while keeping to the client's urgent schedule.
Result: The villa now operates with a fully upgraded HVAC system, delivering improved comfort, efficiency, and reliability across all spaces.
