HVAC Cooling System Overhaul
At Al Sharq Factory Steel Industries Co., we completed a full HVAC upgrade covering both package and concealed units.
Scope of Work:
- Dismantling & installation of 6 new package units.
- Extension of ductwork using 0.7 mm sheet metal, 2” fiberglass insulation, and 0.8 mm cladding.
- Replacement of 3 concealed units, including opening and reinstating gypsum works.
- Installation of new concealed units with 15 m American Muller copper piping for each.
- Supply and installation of thermostats for all units.
This project was completed with precise fabrication, careful coordination on-site, and efficient execution to ensure minimal downtime for the facility’s operations.
